Community Park
Funkstown Community Park is open daily from dawn to dusk and offers free parking and recreational areas for residents and visitors.
The park includes pavilions, playground equipment, tennis courts, a basketball court, Little League and Legion ball fields, with access from Maple Street and Robert Kline Way.
Pavilions may be reserved by permit. To check availability, call 301-791-0948 or visit Town Hall.
Pavilion rental fees:
In-Town Residents: $25.00
Out-of-Town Residents: $75.00
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after their pets. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted, and vehicles are not allowed on the grass.
